How to get a PPS number in Galway
- Check you need one. Starting a job, claiming a payment, a driving licence or school are valid reasons. Only looking for work is not. Already had a number? Don't apply again.
- Create a basic MyGovID account (email and password).
- Apply on MyWelfare.ie and give your reason and personal details. Add your child to the same application if needed.
