Office pages
Addresses, phone numbers, emails, opening hours, Public Services Card arrangements and areas covered are taken from each office's page on gov.ie. We show the date the Department last updated that page. Map positions come from the Department's own office map; where the exact building is not mapped we say so.
Guides
Rates, conditions and deadlines come from the gov.ie service pages and MyWelfare.ie, linked at the bottom of each guide. We do not use forum posts or third-party sites as a source for rules.
What we do not do
We do not guess. If a detail is not published (for example how long a PPS number takes to arrive) we say it is not published rather than inventing a figure.
Corrections
If something has changed, tell us and we will check it against the official page and update it.
